Your roommate request MUST be a paid Nobel Week Tour participant, select the same room type as you, and list you as a roommate on their enrollment form.
Room assignments are made at random (based on similar age and gender) unless otherwise specified. Please reference the Booking Conditions for room assignment policies. Your roommate request MUST be a paid tour participant. Travelers who have not filled out an enrollment form for this tour or selected a separate room type will NOT be roomed with you.
Parent accompanying student on the tour and student must BOTH fill out an enrollment form and select TWIN to share a room together

TOUR TERMS & DEPOSIT
By submitting this form, I have completely read and fully understand the "NSHSS Academic Tour Code of Conduct" AND the "Booking Conditions" as supplied herein and incorporated herein by reference. I agree to be bound by and comply with the "NSHSS Academic Tour Code of Conduct" AND the "Booking Conditions."

By submitting this form, I verify that I will be 16 years of age or older at the time of the tour, I am capable of flying internationally independently (or with a parent if I choose), and I am responsible for my travel arrangements to and from Stockholm, Sweden.

I understand that I am responsible for paying NSHSS the abovementioned amount. I agree to deposit at least 50% of the tour cost by August 31, 2026, and to pay the remaining balance in full by October 15, 2026, to secure my spot and attend the tour. Payment will be due by these dates via a PayPal invoice emailed to the payment contact's email address after the enrollment form is submitted.
